Healthy Routines

So hi guys, here's the news. I have gained my weight up to 64 kg! OMG
Well I didnt really notice about my weight until I got home (yeah finally I got home after a year being a dorm-mushroom) , and the first thing that my mom said to me was, "Did you gain weight?" Shit . But it's ok because it's going to last any longer! So I tried to find some easy way to lose weight , and I found Joanna Soh at Youtube. (I dont even know how did I found her ._.) And she suggested many ways of easy workout and also some healthy meal plans, which is great! You should check it out! She taught me many things about healthy life.And also I got help from GuitarGoddessTV (she's great too with her guitar at GuitarGoddess And to all of you who have the same problems with me , I want to give you some suggestions. First, dont ever think to eat many unhealthy food when you're alr slim enough. You wont realize it that you have gained weight until someone said it to you, and it probably much too late . And it's better to stay healthy, use the meal plan, it's totally awesome, and I'm on my process to lose weight. Wish me luck! and you too!
